If your inquiry involves a specific property, you may also provide a project or property address; our address fields may use Google’s address-autocomplete service to help you enter it accurately, which sends the text you type to Google.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and our security provider record basic technical data about visits: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use this only to keep the site secure and working, not to profile you. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.
Cookies. The site uses only essential cookies needed for basic functionality (for example, remembering a form you started or keeping administrators logged in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep correspondence and project records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements, then delete them. Routine server logs are kept only briefly.
Security
All traffic to our website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Information you send us is stored on systems we control with access limited to people who need it, and backed up securely.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
